Our CNC Machine Installation Services:
1. Pre-Installation Site Assessment:
o We begin with an on-site visit or detailed consultation to assess your facility's readiness.
o Evaluation of foundation requirements, power supply (voltage, amperage, phase, earthing as per international standards), compressed air, and coolant systems.
o Verification of adequate space, accessibility for machine movement, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity).
o Development of a detailed installation plan.
2. Machine Unloading & Placement:
o Careful and safe unloading of the machine from the transport vehicle.
o Precise placement of the machine on its designated foundation, ensuring proper levelling and alignment crucial for accuracy.
o Expertise in handling heavy machinery with specialized rigging equipment.
3. Mechanical Assembly & Alignment:
o Assembly of any disassembled machine components (e.g., control panels, guarding, chip conveyors, auxiliary units).
